Hot Dog, Hot Dog, Hot Diggity Dog....

Big day, Jaime ate his first hot dog! OK, so for lunch with his speech therapist he ate about 1/4 of a hot dog with ketchup...skinned and minced, of course! LOL He ate another 1/4 for dinner along with some shredded cheese and tomatoes. Yep, he's turning into quite the little Italian! :)
(He ate tomatoes and shredded cheese last night, too!) The amount he eats sounds like a ton, but truly it's such a small amount. Seriously, check out the pieces on his tray! HA! Overall, he's back to feeling better, too! YEA! After his Speech Therapy (lunch) he went to Julie's for a hair cut...in which he HATED! Ha!
Jaime enjoying his first hot dog, given to him by his SLP, Lorna.
Who's eating a hot dog for dinner raise your hand?
"MEEEEE!"
Hating his hair cut!
"Is she done yet?"
Handsome baby before his nap!
He's got such long, skinny bean-like limbs!
After the hair cuts, we went to the mall (Jared was supposed to have cooking camp there, but for some reason they were closed), so we had lunch with my aunt (Great spending time with you, Aunt Karen), got Jared some school shoes and Jaime some socks! Then, we came home and played outside...OK, so "playing" really consisted of making Jaime "walk" in his therapy walker. He did better today, but tired pretty quickly. He's so unsteady and it's so much work just to get him to stand, let alone move. He prefers to just "chill" in the seat of the walker. We'll work on that!
In the walker after dinner.
Flipped around in the walker, hanging with Jared!
Sparkler fun, at dusk!
More sparklers!

Tomorrow orthotic molding...

Be sure to check out "Jared's World" he has new Lego photos that he shot tonight! In particular, he told me he wanted Titi to see them...so check em' out, Teet! :)

Until tomorrow...(this semester is over, so I have time to post again...yea!)
